Chase is like the older brother that I never had, but always wished for. (I know weird, I have two younger brothers, but somehow I’ve always wanted an older one) I absolutely love his character.
He’s such a strong person, but also one that keeps his problems really close to himself. He would rather be hated than seen as weak. I can kinda identify with that. I won’t lie, when he confessed to Nico about that his dad basically abused him because he got a bad grade or a ticket, so he made up stories why he really deserved the beatings, I was incredibly close to tears.

I also really love the relationship he and Gert had. They’re one of those canon pairings that I totally adore and fangirl about like crazy. I believe that they were good for each other. I heard people found them weird together, but to me they fitted.

So yeah, Chase Stein~

Lately I’ve been reading the Runaways which is a great comic! Though it hasn’t felt the same since Gert’s death. But this scene breaks my heart, when Chase sees a holographic image of Gert. I really loved their relationship.
